About Us
History
Driving Inclusion and Championing Human Dignity Since 2019.
Planet Inclusive for Human Dignity (PIHD) is a community-driven organization dedicated to promoting inclusion, equality, and human dignity for vulnerable and marginalized populations. Our journey began in 2019 through informal community initiatives led by committed individuals and self-help groups who sought to address the challenges facing persons with disabilities, women, children, youth, older persons, and economically disadvantaged communities.
Over the years, these grassroots efforts evolved into a structured movement focused on advocacy, empowerment, and sustainable development. Building on the success of these community interventions, PIHD is being formalized as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) to expand its reach, strengthen partnerships, and enhance its impact across Kenya and beyond.
Vision: A society where every person lives with dignity, equality, inclusion, and the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
